Bryan S. Neft

Bryan Neft’s primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, health care, and toxic tort. His practice is focused on commercial litigation and toxic torts, with experience in antitrust, banking and lender regulatory matters, business torts, competition and trade secrets, consumer protection, contractual disputes, environmental law, ERISA, fair debt collection, false advertising, health care, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, shareholder and corporate control disputes, product liability, accountants’ liability, and insurance bad faith and unfair insurance practices.

Mr. Neft also volunteers his time with numerous other organizations, and serves on a number of boards, including the Rivers Club Board of Governors, Beth El Congregation of the South Hills Board of Trustees, Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, and the United Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh: Jewish Community Life Commission. A long time member of the ACBA, and past president, Bryan is also a member of various ACBF committees, including the Fellows GIVE committee, the Attorneys Against Hunger committee, and the Loans and Scholarship committee.
