The Institute for Gender Equality

The ACBA Institute for Gender Equality (IGE) was created in 2008 in response to a 2005 survey which showed little to no improvement in the area of gender equality in the local legal community compared with a similar survey conducted in 1990. The IGE addresses gender equality issues through series-based sessions aimed at educating both practitioners and firm decision-makers.
